Complain!

Grah, I wanna complain about the NLB's Customer Service.
I called SBS Transit up to report my loss of ez-link card and the CS officer kindly checked if anyone returned to card even when I don't expect her to.
She even kindly reminded me to phone up the NLB so that no one will pick up my card and use it to borrow any library books.
Her service just so excellent.

But that stupid NLB CS officer had this sucky impatient attitude.
Wth? So this is how they treat their customers?
Instead of pitying my sorry plight,
she used that irritated tone.
How ironic can life be?
